1.1. This policy explains when and why Burton Green Residents’ Association collect personal information about our local community, how the Association uses it and how it is kept secure and your rights in relation to it.

1.2. Burton Green Residents’ Association may collect, use and store your personal data, as described in this Data Protection Policy and as advised when the data is collected from you.

1.3. Burton Green Residents’ Association reserve the right to amend this Data Protection Policy from time to time without prior notice. Amendments to the policy will be published and made available on request.

4.3. Please note however that where you are transmitting information to us over the internet this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

4.4. Burton Green Residents’ Association will never need to process any electronic payment from you.

6. How long do we keep your information?

6.1. Burton Green Residents’ Association will retain your personal data with our email provider systems for as long as you wish to receive local community updates. At the point at which you request to stop receiving these emails, your details will be deleted.
